With over 10 years of leadership experience in the SaaS industry, Customer Success has become second nature to me.
I’ve built and led international Customer Success teams supporting everything from iconic global brands like Siemens, Roche, Manchester United, REWE, L'Oréal, and Porsche to medium-sized family businesses and small start-ups on the rise.

Over the years, I’ve partnered with founders, CEOs, and CS leaders to turn CS teams into revenue powerhouses—by aligning strategy, operations, and customer experience.
